If you are interested in joining, please reach out to our Social Connections facilitator prior to the date to socialconnectionsasmv@gmail.com and ask for the Social Connections Interest Form.  Our facilitator, Jen Groce will then contact you to make sure the program is a good fit for you and give you a form to fill out for this month’s event. Each month an event form goes out so we know who is joining us.  If you are already registered for the Social Connections program, contact Jen at socialconnectionsasmv@gmail.com for this month’s event form to fill out to register.
