If you are interested in joining please reach out to Social Connections facilitator prior to the date to socialconnections@autismmv.org and ask for the Social Connections Interest Form.  Our facilitator, Jen Groce will then contact you to make sure the program is a good fit for you and give you a form to fill out for this month’s event. Each month an event form goes out so we know who is joining us.  Thank you!
