Mahoning Valley County Board of Developmental Disabilities:

If a child has autism or other diagnosed or diagnosable developmental disabilities they should be assessed by their county’s board of developmental disabilities. The assessment should identify the needs of the child or adult with autism, as well as overall family needs.  Then an SSA will be assigned to further review individuals’ needs and what county resources are available.
