Join the Autism Society of Mahoning Valley for Camp FRIEND 2024!
Two weeks of Camp for children and teens on the autism spectrum (weeks of June 24 and July 15). Individuals must live in Mahoning, Trumbull or Columbiana counties. This year's Camp FRIEND will be held at the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown.
Camp FRIEND will include fitness, music, art, swimming and more.
- Cost this year is $99 per week (actual cost per camper is over $700)

If you are interested in Camp FRIEND 2024, please fill out our Camp FRIEND Interest Form by May 15th or until camper spots have been filled. We will notify parents when to fill out the full camper application and to submit payment. Filling out the camp interest form and/or full camper application does not guarantee acceptance. Camp FRIEND has visual and behavioral supports, however, Camp FRIEND is unable to accept individuals with severe behaviors or aggression due to it having a general community setting and not a therapy or school setting. We also do not have space to keep these campers and others safe. Our camp is staffed at a 2:1 camper-to-staff ratio. We can provide ABA therapy provider recommendations if needed.
